Group Healing Session
Please READ !This Pineal Gland activation is done with the Ajna Light. This is an innovative and highly effective device which easily and rapidly brings the user into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. The ajna chakra is our third eye. This corresponds to the pineal gland. The Ajna Light accelerates the experiences of deep meditation through brainwave entrainment using powerful pulsing lights, This is for entertainment purpose only. Everyone will experience something different. Going in with zero expectations is the key. If you have any medical conditions that are effected by a strobe light effect then this session isn't for you.
The session is 45 min in length. You will need your own source of music, anything will do if you choose it. You will also need a dark space to sit thats cumphy.
You will need a dark quiet space with no distractions. Distractions will limit your experience.
